In order to hold the class we must have a minimum of 4 people paying for and attending the class. We will combine CQT and CQI classes in order to meet the minimum size if necessary. Individuals must register for the Examination by Aug. 17, 2007 in order to sit for the Oct. 20, 2007 Exam. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED!!! THIS IS SEPARATE AND MUST BE DONE WITH ASQ. COST: $400.00 (Includes Course Text). This does NOT include the Certification Exam Fee. A $50 discount will be given to all who pay on or before the first night of class. Participants who are interested in repeating the same refresher for a second time within the last two years; the fee is reduced to ½ of the current fee and no new materials will be purchased. This only applies if the B.O.K. has not been updated AND the previous refresher was taken from a Section 1012 Instructor. He has experience in many different job arenas and can share from those experiences. Jim began his quality career as a Technician at Haworth in 1983. He continued to be involved with ASQ and the Quality Assurance department while he moved to the Engineering Department. In 1997, he moved to Corporate Quality where he continues to gain experience and education. Jim has been a member of ASQ at various times since 1984.
