Minutes of Recent MeetingsLast Annual Meeting held in Seattle on May 1, 2005.The major point of discussion during this meeting was, would the Alliance continue or dissolve. It was decided that the Alliance would continue. Due to the enthusiasm of the attendees a slate of officers volunteered and was reported to SAC. A more active recruitment of hosting sections and divisions would be achieved. The treasurer’s report was reviewed and accepted. No one present at the meeting knew if the new section management program applied to us, so it was decided that the new Chair-Elect would investigate the matter. The meeting closed was a new vigor and enthusiasm for the continued activities of the Midwest Quality Alliance. Future Conferences:Applications are being accepted for sections or divisions wishing to host a conference.Outside Links |
